How Do I Make An Appointment?
We like to keep things simple! There are 3 easy steps for organising your speech pathology session:
Step 1: Request Speech Pathology Services
Click the ‘Get Started‘ button and complete the referral request form.
Step 2: Complete Online Intake Form (Initial Appointments Only)
We will contact you to begin our intake process. If you are eligible for services, we will send a secure link to complete an online client history form at your convenience. You may also complete the form on the day as part of your appointment.
Step 3: Start your Session
Attend your speech pathology session with your speech pathologist, located at your preferred setting (e.g home, or suitable community area).
